PROSPER – A 50-acre tract near the Dallas North Tollway and north of US 380 was sold.
The property in the Collin County crossroads between Frisco and Prosper was acquired by DFW Land. The sale was arranged by Rex Real Estate and the seller was Godwin Investments.
DFW Land is working with Blue Star Land to construct a roadway to the property called Godwin Pkwy. Land for the roadway was donated by Godwin Investments.
DFW Land purchased 110 acres on Mahard Pkwy. in August and 1,000 acres in Gunter last year.
