MANSFIELD – Construction will begin next year on a 6.5-acre mixed-use development on US 287 and Heritage Dr.
The $70 million Heritage Park will have a 125-room Courtyard by Marriott; 20,000 sf of retail, restaurant, and medical space; and 60,000 sf of office space.
The project will create 250 jobs.
Developed by 1ONEFirm Inc. and Tekmak Development, Heritage Park is one of several projects in Mansfield, including a $65 million mixed-use development.
