PEARLAND – J.D. Silva & Associates is building a new 42,000-sf headquarters along SH 288.
The three-story glass building will be constructed on 1.9 acres at 13965 South Fwy. and will take 18 months to be completed.
Z-Co Development Corp is handling design and construction.
The law firm will occupy the top two floors, with retail space on the first floor.
