RICHARDSON – The city hall and library have signed a lease for temporary location following fire damage and renovations.
The 80,000-sf lease at 2360 Campbell Creek Blvd. has 48,000 sf for the city hall and 29,000 sf for the library. The lease was negotiated by Citadel Partners.
The previous city hall suffered fire damage while undergoing renovations. The new city hall is funded by a $46 million bond program and will open in fall 2026.
The library location will open after renovations finish in late 2025.
