LEANDER – Progress continues at Pointe 183, a new medical and professional development that broke ground in May.
Pointe 183 is on 22 acres on the frontage of the 183A Toll and shares a driveway with St. David’s Emergency Center. The development is expected to create many medical-related jobs.
The seven-acre first phase will consist of medical and office buildings and an animal hospital. Medical services opening in the first phase will include orthopedics, family practice, pediatrics, and dental.
The remaining 15 acres will have restaurants, retail, and a three-story office building.
Phase 1 is scheduled for completion in late summer 2024. The whole project is expected to be completed within the next five years.
