NEW BRAUNFELS – Economic & Planning Systems Inc. will conduct an $89,000 feasibility study for the city to determine the future of a 16-acre site.
The consultant will analyze the property, evaluate its market potential, and create a financial model.
This will include documenting economic trends, collecting demographic data of residents, identifying potential residential and commercial uses, and identifying public revenue streams for the city.
The land is owned by the New Braunfels EDC and is on Gruene Rd. and Common St.
