PFLUGERVILLE – Silicon Valley-based Applied Materials Inc. is listed as the tenant for an “interior warehouse finish out” project in 160K sf at the 130 Crossing industrial park.
Construction of the building at 3100 E. Pecan St. is estimated to cost $850,000 and is scheduled to start in November and be finished by January. It’s part of a third phase that will add three buildings and roughly 490,000 sf to the five existing buildings in the Class A industrial park.
The first two phases had 675,000 sf collectively. The business park will eventually total more than one million sf and could create at least 525 jobs.
