BARTONVILLE – A luxury custom home project is under development with 30 available lots.
The 87-acre development will have two-acre lots with custom homes starting at 4,800 sf and $3 million. Some lots have space for horses.
Cana Capital is the developer. Builders includ Lingenfelter Custom Homes, Pentavia Custom Homes, and Denton Creek Builders.
The project is near the Lantana master-planned community.
