SAN ANTONIO – NCA Realty Partners of Pennsylvania has acquired the Connection Park Logistics Center at 6851 Cal Turner Drive. The acquisition was made in partnership with CAPSTAR Real Estate Advisors.
The 490,093-sf facility was developed by Triten Real Estate Partners and was completed in early 2023. It has an assessed value of $27.6 million, according to a 2023 appraisal.
The purchase price was not disclosed, but the company received a loan of about $34 million from Prime Finance as part of the transaction.
NCA Realty Partners is a subsidiary of real estate investor and asset manager Nassau CorAmerica LLC.
