BRYAN – The city last week presented new renderings of a mixed-use space that would include 1,500 multifamily units, over 200 hotel units, and at least 35,000 sf of office and retail space.
The project would be on 30 acres along South College Ave., stretching from Culpepper Dr. North, Milam St., Maywood Dr., and Nagle St. The space would be across from Hensel Park and within walking distance to College Station’s Northgate District and Century Square and less than a mile from Texas A&M University.
Lero and Associates Inc. has been working on this project since 2020 and is responsible for acquiring property and planning the development. The firm’s owner and president said residents won’t be forced to give up or sell their homes.
The renderings were developed by OMNIPLAN.
