BAYTOWN – A joint venture between Stream Realty Partners and Principal Asset Management has completed Portside Logistics Center, a one million-sf speculative industrial project at 4838 Borusan Rd.
The facility consists of an expandable 760,000-sf, cross-dock building and a flexible 260,000-sf, front-load building.
The structures offer 40- and 36-ft heights, respectively, as well as office space and fully fenced truck courts.
The building can accommodate tenants seeking 122,971 to one million sf.
Stream Realty Partners is also the leasing agent for the property.
