Dallas office tower converts to apartments near Love Field

DALLAS – The city’s latest office-to-apartment conversion is happening at a 40-year-old building near Love Field.

Construction will begin on four floors of the eight-story, 250,000-sf 1600 Viceroy building later this year. The office building recently housed Freeman Co. and Sutherland as tenants.

The project designer is BCI Architects.

Santander Tower and Energy Plaza tower have converted office space to apartments, and Bryan Tower will soon begin construction as well.
