HOUSTON – Greenbriar Properties has acquired the 37,500-sf industrial building at 431 Bammel Rd.
Built in 2015 on 5.7 acres, the building has four dock-high doors, two grade-level doors, and 28-ft clear heights.
The building was fully leased at the time of sale.
Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer, while Boyd commercial represented the seller.
