DALLAS – Two office buildings on the Dallas North Tollway have been purchased by a Nashville-based investor.
The 260,000-sf Gramercy Center offices north of Frankford Rd. were sold to Winhall Management Co. ATCA Partners owned the offices since 2017.
The office building transaction is one of the few for North Texas recently as office building sales decline due to leasing and higher finance costs.
