RICHARDSON – A 215,000-sf former Bank of America office building is about to get a makeover.
Located at 2390 Performance Dr., the five-story Galatyn Common Building C will have renovations to the lobby, lounge, collaboration space, and elevator landings that will conclude by December 2023.
The building is part of an 800,000-sf office complex that has four buildings with tenants including Goldman Sachs and CBRE Group.
The building is owned by Singapore-based Mapletree Investments and marketed by Cushman & Wakefield.
