FRISCO – A 15-story, 500,000-sf office tower in the Dallas Cowboys’ mixed-use Star development near the Dallas North Tollway will undergo $110 million in interior finishes starting in December.
The tower opens in 2024. It will house about 2,000 TIAA workers by 2029.
Corgan is the designer for the interiors while HKS designed the tower. It is funded by TIAA and Nuveen Real Estate.
The 91-acre, $1.5 billion Star development, which started in 2014, is developed by Lincoln Property.
