AUSTIN – Texas-based private equity firm SPI Advisory has acquired Parkview Terraces, a 244-unit apartment community at 10101 S 1st St.
The development was constructed in 2009 as Cortland Southpark Terraces, but was recently renovated and rebranded.
Parkview Terraces has one-, two-, and three-bedroom units that start at 700 sf. Amenities include two pools, a clubhouse, fitness center, business center, outdoor grilling, and a dog park.
The seller and sales price were not disclosed.
