HOUSTON – New Hope Housing is embarking on two new construction projects, NHH Gray and NHH Berry, to provide 315 affordable housing units for low- and moderate-income residents.
Located at 706 Berry St., NHH Berry will have 180 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes.
NHH Gray, located at 2604 Gray St., will have 135 one- and two-bedroom apartments.
Both complexes will have community kitchens, fully furnished lounge, library, meeting and social service offices, on-site preschool, and more.
The buildings are set to break ground in October with an estimated completion date of July 2025.
