CELINA – An updated plan for a 641-acre community was approved that will include more dedicated park land.
Located at future Custer Rd. and north of CR-130, Rainwater Crossing will now have more open space, wider sidewalks, more amenity centers, and updated zoning. It will also have 1,300 multi-family units, 300 tiny home rentals, and 2,200 single-family lots ranging from 40 ft to 70 ft.
The updated plan, which replaces the one approved in 2016, was made after residents raised concerns.
