FLOWER MOUND – Construction has begun on 58 homes along Lake Grapevine in the 156-acre community.
The first phase will be 21 homes that will be finished in 2024. They will start at $2 million and range from 2,700 to 3,800 sf with a Mediterranean style.
The homes are part of the final phase of the mixed-use Lakeside development and will be across 40 acres called Lakeside Village. They are designed by Van Trease Architectural Designs.
Lakeside will have 2,200 residences and 705,000 sf of commercial space totaling $2.2 billion on completion.
