DALLAS – A Mexico-based investment firm has finished renovating the 110,000-sf office building at 2501 Cedar Springs Rd.
The seven-story building’s $8 million renovations included an upgraded lobby, ground-floor restaurant, tenant conference center, upgraded parking garage, and enhanced common areas and restrooms, as well as improvements to the systems and equipment.
Grupo Haddad is the building’s owner. Newmark will oversee leasing.
