LEWISVILLE – The $3 billion, 3,000-acre Castle Hills development is planning a rental community to begin construction in January.
The 700,000-sf Castle Hills Marketplace will have 380 units, leasing office, clubroom, dog spa, pools, courtyard, fitness center, and a five-story parking garage.
Located at 4550 Windhaven Pkwy., the project will open in early 2026.
JPI is developing the apartment, and Atlanta-based Preston Partnership is designing it.
Bright Realty’s mixed-use Castle Hills began construction in the late 1990s.
