HOUSTON – Castle Hill Partners has begun preparing land for The Trails, a 1,373-acre master-planned community.
Located near the Grand Parkway and Plum Grove Rd., the development will have over 2,000 homesites and 600 acres of nature trails and outdoor recreation opportunities.
The project will be completed in phases, with the first phase delivering 254 homes.
The community is expected to have furnished models and move-in ready homes available by spring 2024.
It will also have an amenity village with a resort-style family pool, a lap pool, nature-themed playgrounds, a splash pad, a seating area for the outdoor concerts, space for food trucks, and an open lawn with shade structures and winding pathways.
