The $18 million Hidden Lakes Villas at 3021 El Lago Dr. will have 22 buildings with three to eight units each, totaling 120 units.
Atlanta-based Deluxeton Homes is the project’s developer. They have projects in Atlanta, Texas, and Georgia.
McKinney housing market trends show a 7 percent increase in the median price per sf over the last six months.
