SAN ANTONIO – After spending almost four months on the market, a shopping center on the city’s northeast side has changed hands.
Houston-based retail investor Property Commerce has acquired two-thirds of the Terrell Plaza shopping center, picking up two parcels at 1201 and 1235 Austin Highway.
The two sites have an assessed value of about $21.8 million.
The complex is 96 percent leased. Anchors include Target, Petco, and Ross Dress for Less.
The previous owner was Ohio-based real estate investment trust SITE Centers, who purchased the property in 2008 for $16.9 million.
