SPRING – Pedcor Companies is developing Willow Creek Manor, a 264-unit, low-income housing development at the intersection of Hufsmith-Kohrville Rd. and Cossey Rd.
The 13.5-acre property will house 11 three-story buildings with one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with monthly rents of $969 to $1,347.
Amenities will include a swimming pool, dog park, laundry room, business center, and at least one playground.
Construction is set to begin in summer 2024.
