Energy firm chooses Irving for environmentally friendly data center

IRVING – A $35 million environmentally friendly data center is planned at an existing 162,543-sf warehouse at 505 N. Wildwood Dr.

The energy- and water-efficient data center is part of Connecticut-based Edged Energy’s plan to develop more than a dozen data centers nationwide that will be carbon-neutral and zero-water. 

The Irving project will have data processing halls, office facilities, and electrical and mechanical components. Construction will be completed in November 2024.​
