ADDISON – A $170 million apartment project will begin construction in early 2024 after four mature oak trees are removed from the property.
Located on Midway Rd., the 14-acre Amli Tree House project will have 370 apartments, 35 apartments in a senior-friendly building, 14 townhomes, and 7,000 sf of retail space.
The developer will plant 350 trees on the site and in the adjacent park. The apartment will open in late 2026.
Chicago-based developer Amli Residential owns 26,400 apartments nationwide. Houston-based Environmental Design was hired for the relocation of the trees.
