FARMERS BRANCH – A $60 million apartment project is being planned on a site that was formerly an industrial building.
Located on Midway Rd. north of LBJ Fwy. the 600,000-sf Fairfield Midway Apartments will have a ground-floor amenity center and leasing office, a rooftop terrace, parking garage, two courtyards, and two dog parks.
Construction will begin early 2024. The apartments will open in early 2026.
Fairfield Residential is the developer. CNK Architects is the designer.
