AUSTIN – Three new residential complexes totaling more than 650 apartments and townhomes are coming to North Austin.
Lenox Grand in the Wells Branch area is now preleasing for its 315 units at 13505 Burnet Rd. The complex will have one- to three-bedroom options as well as two-bedroom townhomes with attached garages.
The Met, which will be completed next fall, is at 10100 Metropolitan Dr. Its 297 units will be a mix of studios and one- and two-bedroom units. Ten percent of units will be income-restricted housing.
Cerca at The Domain will have 48 two-bedroom townhomes for sale. The property is at 1900-1911 Albury Cove.
