MELISSA – Oregon-based coffee chain Dutch Bros. is building a roasting plant on the city’s south side.
The almost 65,000-sf plant is on six acres near the intersection of US 75 and SH 121 near the Buc-ee’s store.
The city approved the more than $13 million project last summer. It’s expected to open early next year. It will employ as many as 30 in its first phase, but that could be expanded.
Coralic LLC designed the building. Cadre Construction is the contractor.
