CELINA – A 45-acre build-to-rent residential community has finished construction and expects first tenants in late August.
The 217-unit Amavi Celina has cottages, townhomes, and single-family homes with one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts.
It also includes a clubhouse with a fitness center, pool, dog park, playground, green space, and walking trails.
Mill Creek Residential is the developer.
