Located at 1600 Eastchase Pkwy., the 261,730-sf Eastchase Market has anchor tenants including AMC Theatres, Ross Dress for Less, Spec’s, Big Lots, Harbor Freight Tools, and Marshalls, as well as shadow anchors Target and Aldi.
The sale was arranged by JLL Capital Markets.
