THE WOODLANDS – Chevron Phillips Chemical will undertake a $60 million renovation project for a relocation of its headquarters.
Chevron acquired a six-story building totaling 360,000 sf on 9500 Lakeside Blvd. from JD Warmack Woodlands LP.
The project entails an interior buildout encompassing five floors and a single partial floor within an existing structure.
The project will also include a new parking garage. Construction for that will begin this month.
Kirksey Architecture will construct the project.
