HOUSTON – Two tenants have leased a total of about 43,600 sf in Accesso’s Atrium at Park Ten, bringing the building’s occupancy to 98 percent.
IHI Energy Solutions signed a 17,816-sf lease to relocate its headquarters to the 140,000-sf building at 16340 Park Ten Plaza.
Petrofac, an energy services company, signed a 16,023-sf expansion for a total of 25,761 sf.
