ALLEN – The Farm, a 135-acre mixed-use development, has broken ground on its first office building. A total of 1.6 million sf of office space is planned.
Opening next summer, the three-story, 102,000-sf FarmWorks One office will have outdoor ground-level workspace and balconies on every floor.
It is at the Sam Rayburn Tollway and Alma Dr.
The building, which is leased to Newmark Group, was designed by Omniplan and developed by JaRyCo.
The Farm development will include retail, restaurants, town homes, and residential units as well as hiking and biking trails and a 16-acre greenbelt.
