FORT WORTH – A 379-unit apartment community is under construction in Walsh, a 7,200-acre residential development.
The Modera Walsh apartments will have 20 townhomes, 24 casita homes, a resort-style pool, co-working spaces, 24-hour fitness center, pet spa, and a dog park. Monthly rent will start at $1,460.
The apartments are developed by Mill Creek Residential, who is also developing an 80-acre mixed-use district along South Mary’s Creek.
Located at the intersection of I-30 and I-20, Walsh will have 3,500 to 4,000 single-family homes. The developers are Republic Property Group and Walsh Cos.
