MAGNOLIA – Development of a 3,700-home master-planned community is underway in Montgomery County.
Called Kresston, the project will be built on 1,400 acres at SH 249 and FM 1486.
The site will have an amenity complex, open space, and land for a new school within the Magnolia ISD.
Johnson Development also has plans to include a commercial corridor with shopping and dining.
Homes should available by late 2024 to early 2025.
