$1B mixed-use Dallas development begins construction next March

​DALLAS – The first phase of a six-acre mixed-use development with an 18-story office tower and 25-story multifamily high-rise will begin construction in March and be completed in 2027.

Totaling 915,200 sf and costing $350 million, the office and 300-unit apartment will have an above-ground podium garage and ground-level retail.

The Field Street District between McKinney Ave. and Corbin St. will cost $1 billion and have two residential high-rises, 1.2 million sf of office space, a hotel, and 30,000 to 40,000 sf of amenity and retail space.

The project is being developed by a partnership between Firms Woods Capital, Kaizen Development Partners, and Dundon Capital Partners. It is designed by The Beck Group. ​
