FORT WORTH – Presidium Berkshire has finished its first phase of construction, with 340 of 1,100 units completed.
The complex will have studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts as well as a pool with splash pads, outdoor dining and grilling areas, fitness center with a yoga studio, speakeasy-style bar, demonstration kitchen, coworking lounge, and a dog park.
Monthly rents will start at $1,560.
The developer is Presidium, and the designer is O’Brien Architects.
