VanTrust Real Estate LLC will construct two buildings totaling 700,000 sf in its new industrial park near US 80.
The land purchase was brokered by Stream Realty Partners.
VanTrust has developed 61 million sf of office, industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, technology, and hospitality projects nationwide.
