PLANO – A $1.6 billion data center facility for a New Jersey-based firm will open at the end of 2023.
The 450,000-sf facility is in an existing building at 1000 Coit Rd. north of Plano Pkwy. The building was constructed in 1996 and renovated by Lincoln Rackhouse.
The city will provide property tax abatements.
CoreWeave specializes in cloud computing services. It raised $400 million for its expansion.
