HOUSTON – An entity controlled by locally based Bridgewell Property Management has acquired two adjacent shopping centers totaling 93,757 sf from Whitestone REIT.
Sunridge Shopping Center and Westchase Plaza total 49,539 and 44,398 sf, respectively.
They are the northwest and southwest corners of Westpark Dr. and South Gessner Rd.
