GRAND PRAIRIE – The first phase of a 25-acre apartment project has begun near Joe Pool Lake.
The $73.5 million Jefferson Loyd Park community will be on SH 360 between Debbie Ln. and Broad St. It will have seven three-story buildings, a resort-style pool with cabanas, fitness center, and access to Loyd Park and Joe Pool Lake.
The project is being developed by JPI and designed by Architecture Demarest with financing by Happy State Bank.
