AUSTIN – Luxury townhomes are coming soon to North Austin from builder and developer PrimeHaven Homes LLC. The project, called Sonora, will break ground in first quarter 2024.
The four-acre property sits at 1517 Kramer Ln. and 10620 Macmora Rd. There will be 55 townhomes with floor plans starting at 1,650 sf and priced at around $600,000.
The complex will be close to The Domain district, where many tech companies have set up shop.
