KYLE – Landsea Homes Corporation has broken ground on Freedom at Anthem and plans for homes to be move-in ready come 2024.
The homes will range from 1,500 to 2,900 sf and have three to five bedrooms.
The amenity center will include a community lap pool, pickle ball court, basketball court, and playground. It will also have an onsite elementery school.
The city of Kyle had over 30 new construction projects in progress during March and has continued to grow. This has caused the transportation and material moving industry to be the largest occupational demand.
