FORT WORTH – A 3,150-acre housing community is in its first phase of construction near the intersection of SH 114 and US 287.
The community, called Reunion, will have 10,000 home sites ranging from 40-ft wide cottage-style lots to 70-ft wide estate lots with prices from the high $300,000s to $700,000 as well as apartments, retail, and industrial sites.
It will include a 20-acre lake for fishing, sports fields, playgrounds, parks, walking trails, clubhouse, resort-style pool, and pavilion.
The developer is PMB Capital Investments. Builders include American Legend Homes, Perry Homes, and UnionMain Homes.
Reunion is a part of the 3,600-acre Rolling V Ranch.
