FRISCO – An apartment development will break ground in September at The Gate.
The 110,000-sf apartment complex will cost $19 million and have flexible office space on the ground floor. The project is on John Hickman Pkwy. It will open in 2025.
The developer is Magnolia Property Co., and the designer is Wilder Architects.
The Gate is a 41-acre mixed-use project and part of the $5 Billion Mile.
