HOUSTON – The Hyatt Place Houston Medical Center and Hyatt House Houston Medical Center have opened in a 14-story tower at 7329 Fannin at Old Spanish Trail.
The dual-branded hotel has 298 rooms on the edge of TMC Helix Park, a 37-acre life sciences campus under construction in the Texas Medical Center.
Hyatt Place Houston Medical Center has 157 rooms.
Hyatt House, designed for longer stays, has 141 apartment-style studio and one-bedroom suites with kitchens.
Amenities shared by the two hotels include a restaurant, bar and lounge rooftop pool bar, laundry facilities and a 24-hour fitness center. The property also has more than 3,500 sf of meeting space.
