HOUSTON – GT Leach Constructors and Rama Cos. will break ground this summer on The Beverly, a six-unit luxury condo midrise at 5010 Longmont Dr. in the Tanglewood area.
Each unit will take up one floor and be accessible by one of two elevators that will open into a secure foyer. Units start at $4 million.
The four-bedroom and four-and-one-half-bath floor plans will span 4,378 sf with 370-sf terraces. The second floor will have a 2,000-sf wrap-around terrace.
Delivery is tentatively set for December 2024.
